SH. VINOD KUMAR SHUKLA – CMD
Vinod K. Shukla (1 April ….. – 20 April 2021) is the Key Promoter / Director & Founder Member of the Company. He has been instrumental in chartering the growth of the Company during its formation years (1998 onward), while facilitating the trading transportation of LPG Bulk, initially with 17 LPG T/ts associated with giant oil cos. Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd., Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd., Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Essar Oils Bharat Shell etc. He along with Smt. Rajeshwari Shukla accelerate to operate a Distillation Column (Mini Refinery) in Maharashtra with its partnership firm ‘Aditya Petroleum Co.’ 1994-95 and initiated Aditya’s backward integration journey from LPG Trading Transportation into POL Refining and further into LPG Bottling Plants and going up-stream into oil and gas major as a parallel marketer in refining, LPG Import Distributions etc.
He created different attractive ideas with innovation of several new marketing strategies to boost up commercial LPG supply by providing exclusives Value added Services after Sales involving diverse technologies that have raised Aditya’s Allahabad LPG Storage & Bottling Plant’s manufacturing capacities from 8,000 Cyls per day to 12,000 Cyls. Per day with expansion provisions of 24,000 Cyls./day along with annual bulk Movement capacity approx.. 0.108 million tonnes beside this in addition cap. of Dharuheda LPG plant in Haryana (NCR – Delhi) from 6,000 no. cyls / day to 12,000 no. cyls. / day with annual bulk movement approx.. 0.054 million tons.
He led the creation of the India’s one of the largest grassroots LPG Storage Terminal Bottling Plant at Allahabad integrated with another LPG plant at Dharuheda (NCR). Further, he steered the acquisition of suitable lands in addition at 1) Dist.- Nuh, Haryana (NCR), 2) Dist.- Siwan) Dist.- Saharsa in Bihar, 4) Dist.- Amethi Dist.- Jhansi in UP aggregated with 6) Dist.- Muzaffar Pur (under Negotiation) in Bihar for the setting up 6 more LPG Plants next to the existings.
Under his core guidance AFL has concreted plans to set up onshore Import Export Terminal at Haldia & another at near Patna on Ganga River Bank (NW-1) ready to make history to use inland waterways operation to bring imported LPG from Haldia to Proposed IE Terminal at Patna through National Waterways -1 (Haldia to Allahabad by Ganges) for which the suitable bulk land for the proposed terminals have been identified.
Beside this in core guidance of Sh. V. K. Shukla, the group has taken the 100% holding with acquisition of Public Limited Co. “Energy India Ltd.” with assets of approx.. INR 5 million. He was contributing his services as CMD of ‘Energy India Ltd.’ also, which is going to steer in Setting Import Export Terminal, Cylinders Manufacturing Power Sector very Soon.
He was the CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR of group looking Overall activities of Group.
